Compatibility
To access the services, you must use devices that meet the system and compatibility prerequisites that we establish in our Help Center. Internet service and data usage are your responsibility and you are in charge of any expenses related to your network access used to get to our services.
Access Sharing
Sharing a subscription is not permitted. You can only have one active stream open at any given time. However, by purchasing extra connections, you can watch on multiple devices at the same time for your use.
Number of Channels and Movies (VOD)
The number of channels and movies in the VOD library can change based on the update we do every week.
Support
Each subscription would get up to a year of technical support; after that period, it may be chargeable.
Refund Policy
You can claim your refund within the guaranteed period available on each subscription. To get your refund, you need to contact us by opening a ticket inside the member’s area and provide us with a good reason that justifies the request. We may refuse to proceed with a refund if we judge that we can fix the issue for you.

- Missing channel
- Wrong channel
- FHD & 4K quality
- VOD library
- Temporarily buffering
- Temporarily not working channels
- EPG missing or wrong
- Not able to set up our services
- ISP blocking
- Bad device
- No reason provided
- Slow internet speed
Suspension and Downtime
In the extension of our rights to end or suspend your access delineated above, you acknowledge that your access and usage of the services might be suspended for the length of any sudden or unscheduled downtime or unavailability of any portion or all of the services for any reason.
All correspondences and notices to be made or offered in understanding with this Agreement ought to be in the English language. We maintain all authority to instantly end or limit your use of the services or access to content at any time, without notice or liability, if Canal IPTV determines in its sole discretion that you have breached these Terms, disregarded any law, rule, or regulation.
The Canal IPTV logo and other Canal IPTV marks, graphics, scripts, are trademarks of Canal IPTV. None of the Canal IPTV trademarks may be copied, downloaded, or otherwise exploited.
Responsibility
Canal IPTV does not host any videos or TV streams on the website. We provide easier access to these streams, which are otherwise freely available on the net. All channel names, content, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated and do not claim to be affiliated with any of the owners or providers of videos and TV streams that are accessible through our website.
